... a holiday apartment above the rest

I magine sipping a glass of the local wine on a terrace that has superb views over an area of the Costa Blanca, famous for its nightlife, beaches, sunshine and the villages high in the Sierra Cortina mountains. The apartment, nestled in the side of the mountain Puig Campana, is in a luxery complex that allows you to experience the peace and calm of your surroundings, whilst only being a short car journey away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby resort of Cala de Finestrat with its wide deep sandy beach, shallow water, shops, restaurants and nightlife. And if you want to venture a little further, Benidorm is only 20 minutes away and the hill town and harbour of Altea with its bustling market 45 minutes.

The spectacular theme parks of Terra Mitica and Terra Natura lie on the doorstep, being only 2 minutes down the road, whilst those who enjoy a round of golf can choose from 5 nearby courses.

For the more energetic, you might want to join the many organised hikes or climbs on the mountain, or hire a bike and enjoy the breathtaking views and the history and architecture of the region - as well as stopping at the charming village of Finestrat itself, only 3km away, where you can visit the local museum, find a real French bakery and explore the narrow medieval streets.

For shopping, try the local hypermarket, Carrefour and the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the La Marina shopping complex, only 10 minutes away en route to the coast.

The apartment has full air conditioning and heating and all linens and towels are provided.

The property also enjoys a high level of security. Los Altos is entered through electric gates, has its own security guards and has private parking. The apartment also has an internal alarm system.

Outside you can enjoy the well kept verdant gardens and the swimming pool (children's pool also) which is lit up at night for those enjoying a midnight dip!
